Government Digital Service (GDS), 2025 to now

Designing frameworks, standards and guidance for teams building public services. My main focus is the content design of the Government Digital and Data Profession Framework.

Central Digital and Data Office (CDDO), 2023 to 2025

Same thing as above, before the organisation was brought into GDS in January 2025.

UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), 2020 to 2023

Establishing the content design discipline in the web team at the public funder for research. Check out ukri.org.

Mangorolla CIC, 2015 to 2020

Running an online platform that connects school students with people in jobs like ‘scientist’, ‘engineer’, ‘healthcare’ and ‘astronaut’. Check out imaproject.uk.
